RESET in NATURE WOMEN’S RETREAT

Utilize Nature to Renew your Energy, Self Care, Empathy, & Tenderness

Give Yourself the Gift of Nature

For centuries, traditional cultures have celebrated the connection between women’s life phases and nature. In our retreat, we honor the interweaving or Maiden, Mother, and Wisdom Keeper through our more than human world. As a woman, you give to everyone. It’s time to refill your well. Varying phases of life have different demands. Regardless of where you are, intentionally reconnecting with nature will help you thrive.

The RESET in Nature retreat offers space, time, and tools to replenish and nurture yourself.  Better yet, you will leave with practical ways to continue restoring your wellness at home.

Based on Nature Informed Therapy, we will explore and implement ways the outdoor world teaches us to manage stress and achieve optimal wellness. We will use physical elements from nature, take intentional nature walks, experience sensory meditations, and outdoor accessible yoga to restore balance. The best part is the fellowship with like minded women. There will also be ample time to just relax.

“Elizabeth’s & Sharon’s thoughtfulness & passion in planning & guiding us on this journey was apparent in every detail. They went above & beyond! I look forward to joining them on future retreats.”

You will Renew through:

Energy: Who isn’t fatigued? We will explore how energy from the natural elements can reinvigorate us. We will make a personal action plan to improve energy through  behavioral, emotional, and cognitive choices.

Self Care: Let’s undue the cliche and make meaningful change.  Nature is a free and readily available source of self care. We will talk about practical ways to incorporate it in a busy life (even if you live in the city).

Empathy: Authentically connecting to others empowers us. Healthy relationships are integral for wellness. We will use nature as a mirror to help us reflect and grow empathy for ourselves and others.

Tenderness:  In this retreat, we will experience the tenderness of ourselves, nature, and others. Gently re-calibrate your expectations.  Align your life with your values and  compassionately set boundaries to renew your sense of self.

“Reset in Nature retreat was a wonderful fun and interactive experience. I would highly recommend this time away to refocus, relax, and reconnect to one’s self. I particularly like that you are invited to participant is as much as you would like and encouraged to take any time for yourself to self- reflect, write, or take a nap! A very refreshing no pressure time away for YOU!”
