RESET in NATURE RETREAT

Utilize Nature to Renew your Energy, Self Care, Empathy, & Tenderness after 2020

An Antidote to Burnout

Are you burnt out?  Do you feel you are running on fumes and could collapse at any moment? Tired and weary? Over it? You are not alone.  We experienced collective trauma in 2020.  However, as women, we responded to everyone else’s needs before our own.  Chances are, you are still nurturing everyone else first. It is your turn now.  Refill your Well.

The RESET retreat is the perfect place to do this. In this retreat we harness the power and beauty of nature to cope with stress and regulate our nervous system.

Join Us Now!

The RESET in Nature retreat offers space, time, and tools to heal.  Better yet, you will leave with practical ways to continue restoring your wellness at home.

Based on Nature Informed therapy and PolyVagal Nerve Theory, we will explore and implement ways the outdoor world teaches us to regulate our nervous system to manage stress.

We will use physical elements from nature, take intentional nature walks, experience sensory meditations, and outdoor accessible yoga to restore balance.

You will Renew through:

Energy: Who isn’t fatigued? We will explore how energy from the natural elements can reinvigorate us. We will make a personal action plan to improve energy through  behavioral, emotional, and cognitive choices.

Self Care: Let’s undue the cliche and make meaningful change.  Nature is a free and readily available source of self care. We will talk about practical ways to incorporate it in a busy life (even if you live in the city).

Empathy: Authentically connecting to others empowers us. Healthy relationships are integral for wellness. We will use nature as a mirror to help us reflect and grow empathy for ourselves and others.

Tenderness:  In this retreat, we will experience the tenderness of ourselves, nature, and others. Gently re-calibrate your expectations.  Align your life with your values and  compassionately set boundaries to renew your sense of self.

Who is this for?

Any and all women 25  and older.  The only requirement is a desire to feel better.

We will be outside a majority of the time, doing intentional activities that help us heal. They include, but are not limited to: “Awe” walks, outdoor yoga, and guided meditations.

When: Friday, October 7-Sunday, October 9, 2022

Arrive anytime after 4 pm on Friday, October 7, 2022. The retreat ends at 2pm on Sunday, October 9, 2022.
