Learn about postpartum depression and anxiety.

Everyone talks about labor classes and the best baby gear.  Unfortunately, few people talk about mood and anxiety issues during or after pregnancy. Postpartum mental health is a serious issue. Historically, about 20% of women develop a postpartum mood or anxiety disorder. With Covid, those numbers have skyrocketed.  Join us to learn more.

Men suffer from postpartum issues as well.

Approximately 10% of dads will experience postpartum depression. Additionally almost 18% have postpartum anxiety.

This talk is free and open to anyone expecting a baby as well as the people who support them.

We will cover the different mood and anxiety disorders that can occur during pregnancy and afterwards. You will also learn about treatment options and resources.

What: Free information session about postpartum depression, anxiety, bipolar, and more.  Resources for help.

Who: All expectant people and their partners/support team

When: Pick the date and time that works best for you.

The sessions are all the same so you only need to come once.

Please note, this is not a support group nor can we discuss your individual case. If you need that kind of help, please schedule an intake with one of our expert therapists or Psych NPs.

All Talks are held virtually through Google Meet. More dates will be added. They are approximately 45 minutes long. Email us (Below) at least 24 hours prior and a link will be sent to you.
