Titilayo “Titi” Ajayi, MSN, PMHNP-BC

I am passionate about listening to and caring for women. Many women suffer with mental health issues like depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. I educate and empower women regarding their health and well-being. Additionally, I am determined to help women get the necessary support to be the best version of themselves.

I first developed a passion for becoming a psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner while working as a nurse in an inpatient psychiatric unit. As a certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, I have acquired the skills and knowledge to assess, diagnose, and treat women with a range of symptoms and issues. My extensive years of mental health experience inform my practice. Moreover, I believe strongly in reducing the stigma associated with depression and anxiety, especially for women and mothers.

Your first appointment is an initial evaluation. During which, we discuss your background, history of present illness, social history, and past medical and psychiatric history. We will work together to develop an evidence-based, individualized treatment plan. This will cater to your specific needs and improve your quality of life. Follow-up appointments are necessary for medication management and monitoring symptoms to achieve the best outcomes.

I look forward to building a therapeutic relationship with you. It is time to overcome your challenges and live your best, most authentic life!
